2. Website delivery and hosting
The test website is hosted on IONOS web hosting. When you visit it, technical data is transmitted to the server, particularly your IP address, the requested file, date and time, browser information and, where applicable, the previously visited page. This serves to provide the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is operating and protecting this website.
The hosting provider IONOS receives technical access data. Storage and deletion of server logs depend on the actual hosting configuration. Please contact the controller for the specific retention period. Hosting provider information on log files.
3. Cookies and similar storage technologies
The website does not embed analytics or marketing tools and its code sets no tracking cookies. Fonts and images load from our own web space; no third-party Google Fonts, maps or videos are embedded.
If you select “Essential functions only” or “Save essential preference”, your privacy preference is stored in your browser’s local storage under the key az-privacy-v1 for 180 days. The entry contains only a version number, the “essential-only” mode and an expiry date. It contains no user identifier and is not transmitted to the server.
This storage serves to respect the setting you expressly selected (section 25(2), no. 2 TDDDG). You can access and delete your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. If browser storage is blocked, the selection applies only to the current page visit.
4. Contacting us
The form initially processes your input only in the browser’s working memory. It does not submit the form automatically or save entries in local storage. Only when you choose “Open in email application” are the details passed to your email application. An email is transmitted only when you send it yourself.
If you email or call us, your contact details and message content are used to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual matters, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for responding to other enquiries. Data is deleted when the matter has been resolved and no statutory retention duties or other legal grounds require further storage.
5. External listing and property-details links
Property links open Propstack at crm.propstack.de. The service is included solely as an external link. This website establishes no connection to Propstack before you open a link. After you do so, the provider processes technical access data according to its own privacy information.
6. Your rights
Subject to the legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where processing is based on a legitimate interest, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. Any consent may be withdrawn with effect for the future. This website’s code carries out no automated decision-making or profiling.
To exercise your rights, contact mm@immoservice.org. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority, particularly the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision.
